Cheeky Monkeys’ Indoor Playland is so excited and privileged to be part of your celebration again!

Please read this carefully as our rules, rates and conditions of entry have changed, complying with the current protocols for health and safety. These rules may change at any time without further notice.

Maximum of 2 Birthday parties or 1 Private event can be booked every 2 hours for spacing and cleaning.

Birthday Parties & Events:

All parties are with duration of 2 hours with the use of a party room. No food or drinks from outside allowed at this time, except a cake purchased from a licensed bakery and some light party snacks (approved by our staff) Party room tables and chairs can be arranged by the party parents in your liking. Please be referred to our Party Information and rules for more detailed information.

How it works?

We are operating with Open Play time periods, giving you more flexibility to book or walk-in for an Open play session of 120 minutes from your arrival. All players and visitors will be asked to leave in a timely manner for capacity and spacing.

All party packages are with 2 hours duration

Party size includes all attending (children and adults).

Extra charge applies for every extra guest.

We stay open for Open play sessions at the same time of your party up to the maximum required capacity of the playground.

Private parties and events only will have an exclusive use of the facility and have to be discussed and booked with the Management.

A 50% (of the BD package price), non-refundable, nontransferable deposit is required during the time of booking.

All MODIFICATIONS
to your existing party package, including changing date and size of your party can be discussed no later than one day prior to your booked date. An upgrade of your package size needs to be approved based on our availability.

An online Waiver to be filled out and signed from everyone attending (adults and children) before arrival in order to be allowed to enter the facility. Upon booking a link to your party with the required online Waiver will be provided for submission to all guests for completion and signing. To avoid waiting time we ask every one to fill it out on-line before coming to the playground.

GUESTS LIST FORM
with the first and last names of all attendees is required to be submitted no later than 3 days before your party date. (Please find the attached form for your completion)

All visitors must follow the playground General Rules and safety requirements.

No outside food or drinks allowed! (Exception is only baby formula and water bottle)

Upon arrival, if possible, please leave any belongings in your car (large bags, back packs jacket, etc.) You may bring with you your phone, car keys, credit/debit card, diaper bag, small purse. Lockers are available on site if needed.

NON-SLIP
socks are still mandatory for all visitors.

Rules Of Play

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times Cheeky Monkeys’ indoor playland does NOT supervise children

Our play structure is designed for children up to 10 years of age

Should parents need to enter the play area, Please do so with the utmost care and caution to avoid injury

Strictly no shoes inside play area

Socks must be worn at all times. This applies to both children & adults.

No outside food or drinks allowed in the facility. No food, drinks, toys or any other objects allowed inside the play area.

No running, pushing or any form of rough play

Do not climb on the outside of the equipment and protective net. Do not block or climb up the slides.

CCTV is operational throughout Cheeky Monkeys’ indoor playland

No smoking. No vaping. No alcohol. No drugs

FAQs

Your party time is two hours in duration. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your party time to get organized and ready for welcoming your guests.

The birthday party guests are allowed to come to the facility at the exact start of the event and leave the facility on time when the party time is over for spacing and disinfecting. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer any late check-outs.

  • Cheeky Monkeys’ Indoor Playland is NOT responsible for supervising the children or any loss or injury that may occur. An online Agreement and Liability Waiver must be filled out and signed form everyone prior your party arrival.
  • GUEST LIST has to be provided (preferable at least 3 days before the party date) with the following information: full name of the guest, name and phone number of the parent or guardian only for a child who will be dropped off, and information of any allergy or medical condition, we should be aware of) for any of the attendees.
  • As a parent or guardian supervising the party, you are responsible for all of your guests.
    • Child(ren) with any medical conditions CAN NOT be dropped off a supervising parent/guardian must stay on site.
    • For every 6 kids 1 adults is required to be on site
    • To ensure all children will wash their hands and frequently sanitize them using the sanitizing stations throughout the playground.
    • To ensure the food and drinks are to be taken only inside the assigned party room.
    • To ensure the children do not take any food or drinks outside the party room and have nothing in their mouth or hands when they go to play due to a choking hazard
    • To ensure the children are not to share any food or drinks.
    • To ensure no decoration is taken out from the party room.
    • To ensure kids play and use the equipment safely
    • To ensure all guests follow the General and the Safety rules.
    • To report to the staff on duty if any issues or incidents.
    • To ensure all dropped off children will be picked up on time by their parent or assigned guardian.
  • Upon your arrival one of our staff members will welcome you and take you to your assigned party room, which will been ready and set up for you according to your booked package.
  • Our staff will make sure that all items with you (such as food, decoration, etc) are approved by us. If not, you will be asked to take them back to your car.
  • Our staff will welcome all your guests as per your guests list upon everyone’s arrival and help with the admitting process.
  • Any guest(s) who has not submitted the mandatory online Liability waiver and is refusing to submit one – CAN NOT BE ADMITTED.
  • All shoes to be removed and left at the entrance. Hand sanitizing upon entering is appreciated.
  • Please, if possible, leave your belongings in your car (purse, back pack, jackets, toys, etc.) You may bring with you your phone, car keys, credit/debit card, small purse and diaper bag.
  • NON-SLIP socks are still mandatory and NO outside food or drink permitted (exception: baby formula and water bottle).
  • All children and adults attending your party must be signed in and kids will be given a wristband. Every child must be signed-out with the supervising parent in charge and the front desk when leaving.
  • Please make you orders for food, drinks and snack upon entering.
  • Cleaning of your party room will take place fifteen minutes prior to your party ending so we ask that the room be cleared out at this time.
  • CAKE (muffins / cupcakes) – only if they are nuts free and purchased from a licensed bakery. Please refrain from Ice cream cakes, as we can not store any food / drinks from outside in our fridges.
  • DECORATION – only new in unopened package (need to be approved by our staff)
  • LOOT BAGS – can be distributed only at the door on the way out when the guests are leaving.
  • GIFTS – they are most welcome and mandatary!
  • GIFT OPENING – it is allowed at this time, but not recommended as it would take from your party and play time of the children.
  • No alcohol and no drugs allowed in or near the facility.
  • No smoking and no vaping in or near the facility.
  • FOOD – No outside food is allowed. Please, let us know for your (or your guests) food allergies, intolerance or restrictions.
  • NOT ALLOWED: latex balloons, pinatas, confetti, face painting, silly string, or glitter; anything with sharp edges and pins; all decoration can be placed in the designated party room only)
  • DRINKS – No outside drinks allowed (exception: baby formula and water bottle)
  • No third-party entertainers allowed (such as magicians, balloon, twisters, face painters, mascots, characters, story tellers, etc.)

  • If you are feeling unwell or experience any symptoms of being sick, PLEASE STAY HOME!
  • Please Follow: Good hand hygiene, Frequent Hand sanitizing highly recommended; Don’t touch your face, Practice proper cough and sneeze etiquette.

Cheeky Monkeys’ Indoor Playland staff has the right to refuse admission or ask you or your child to leave if look unwell, improper use of equipment, unsafe or disrespectful behavior towards others or staff is witnessed.


An Important Message to the Party Family

Hello Dear Family,

Thank you very much for choosing Cheeky Monkeys’ for your little one’s Birthday celebration – we are delighted to host it and looking forward to it!

In order to serve you better, fasten the admitting process and avoid waiting time for your guests upon their arrival we ask for your kind cooperation in the following:

  • Advise all your guests that a Mandatory Online Liability Waiver is required for everyone’s (kids and adults) admission and needs to be signed and submitted before the party date.
    • Upon booking you have received a “Party Invitation” email with the link for the mandatory Liability Waiver with your party ID which is to be forwarded to all your guests for signing and submitting before coming to the facility to avoid delays of their admission and your party.
  • Complete and send a Guests List form to: cheekymonkeysparty@gmail.com.
    • A Guests list with the full names of all your guests (kids and adults) is required to be submitted at least 3 days prior to your party date.
  • NON-SLIP socks are required for everyone’s safety and admission

Important reminder: All modifications to your existing party package, including changing date and size of your party can be done no later than one day prior to your booked party date. Let’s celebrate safely!
